Q. What is a “private mortgage”?

A. Simply put, a private mortgage is a mortgage that is granted to a borrower with private money, as opposed to a conventional mortgage that is funded through banks or lending companies. Here at Private Mortgage USA, we use our own private funds, as well as those of private investors to purchase mortgage notes. Q. How much money can I make promoting Private Mortgage USA?

A. Simply put, we pay you $600.00 per $100,000 financed on each of your referral properties once the deal is done. So, if the financed amount is $200,000 you’ll make $1,200.00, if the financed amount is $300,000 you’ll make $1,800.00 and so on, and so on. If you refer one deal a week you can make over $62,000.00 per year (based on a $200,000 closed financed deal per referral). If you refer one deal a day, you can make well into the SIX FIGURES!!! A. No, Private Mortgage USA is a legitimate home based business opportunity based on the private note funding industry. Q. How often do you pay referral commissions?

A. We pay referral commissions on closed deals on the 1st and the 15th of each month.

Q. Do I have to buy a lot of inventory to use the system?
